How do I know if there are any vacancies?

Once you have applied, and Trustees have agreed your application, you will be invited to view any available properties.

I don’t live in Hadleigh, can I still apply?

Applicants must live in Hadleigh or have a strong connection with it.

How do you decide who is in the greatest need?

This depends on several factors including, health and finance and the decision will be taken by the Trustees.

Do you provide care?

All residents must be able to live independently, we do not provide care. If as the resident gets older some care is required, the family will be asked to arrange for a care package for the resident.

Do you have on-site parking?

We have limited parking on-site.

Can I bring my pet?

We regret that no pets are allowed on-site.

Can you post me an application form?

Can I deliver my form by hand?

Yes, please deliver to the address listed on the website.

How long does the process take?

We do not provide emergency housing, the application process may take up to two months but there is no guarantee when a property may become available.
